Orders

How long in advance do I need to make my order?
We will need at least 3 to 4 weeks lead time for all customized orders, and 5 days lead time for online orders.

Can I change/cancel my order after confirmation?
We are happy to make changes as long as we are notified at least 1 week (7 days) in advance. Please note that it may be subjected to additional charges for major changes or any add-ons.
No refunds will be made for order cancellations once payment is confirmed.

Is my order confirmed?
Order is only confirmed once a non-refundable 50% deposit or full payment is made. 

Why can’t I call or SMS to order?
As customized cake requires a lot of details to attention, quoting, or discussing over the phone may cause possible miscommunication or miss out of details thus we strongly advise all our customers to contact us via email or WhatsApp. 

CAKES

How much are your cakes?
As our prices vary base on the sizes and designs itself, we do not have any fixed prices. Please fill up our form here for a customization quote.

I ordered a 2 tiered cake, can I have them in different flavors?
Yes, you can! There will be no additional charges for this.

How long can the cake last?
It can last 3 to 4 hours in air-con temp, otherwise, it is best to keep it refrigerated and only take out 1 hour to thaw before consuming.

Do you do fondant cakes?
Unfortunately no, we don’t. We specialize in only buttercream cake, however, we do have fondant figurines available as add-ons as well.

Will my cake look exactly like the photo I have sent you?
No, photos are meant to be a guideline and reference for us when it comes to cake decorating.
We do not guarantee an exact replica of the photo even if the photo of the cake sent was made by us as colors in photos may look different due to lighting and editing.
Do also note that we will not be able to replicate an exact design of a cake by another baker out of respect, as well as a copyright issue.

Are your cakes sweet?
Taste is very subjective to each and everyone – what is sweet for you may be right for others.
We try to keep our cake and cream less sweet however for chocolate and fruit-related flavors, they tend to be sweeter due to its flavor in nature.
If you prefer a cake that is less sweet, please do let us know during the ordering process.

Payments

Can I pay upon delivery/collection?
We would need the full payment to be made at least 3 days before collection day.
As our drivers are from an external company, we do not accept any form of cash payments.

What are the modes of payment?
We now accept both bank transfer and PayNow.Account details will be provided to you upon order confirmation.

Do you do delivery?
Yes we do. Click here to read more about our delivery.

Are your cakes/desserts halal?
We are not halal-certified however all the ingredients we use are, and we do not use rum and/or lard in any of our recipes.

Will you be providing candles?
Yes, a set of plastic knife and normal candles will be provided upon delivery.
Please kindly indicate the number of candles required upon checkout.

I have emailed you but have yet to receive a reply.
Please give us up to 3 working days to reply as we may be busy with orders or other work. For urgent orders, you can drop us a WhatsApp at 92786398 with your email address.
Note that orders through text or email are not confirmed unless an invoice is sent and payment is made.
