Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with us, it means that you have read through thoroughly and agree to all Terms and Conditions stated on this page.


  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

  • Your usage of the Website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. It is the customers’ responsibility to check this page frequently for any changes we may have made.


  • All orders are subjected to slot availability only. ​

  • All quoted prices are only valid for fourteen (14) days.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm an order.

  • Slots will be given first come first served basis, based on timing when payment is made. Slots are not confirmed unless payment is made. without the deposit, we will not hold your order.

  • Slots can be taken up at any time of the day.
  • There may be instances where the date gets fully booked while we’re in the midst of a discussion. please note that we are not obliged to take in all orders and we reserve the right to turn down an order despite being in the midst of a discussion.

  • We reserve the right to reject/cancel an order(s) at any point in time.​

  • Order confirmation will be sent for verification by customers before we get started on the order. Refunds requested due to decorating style, color, misspellings, or designs that were not clarified upon confirmation will not be accepted.

  • Last-minute changes (7 days before collection day) or add-ons are subjected to additional charges.


  • Self-collection is currently unavailable.

  • In the event that we have made a major mistake to the design theme (minion cake instead of unicorn cake) and you alert us at the time of pickup, every attempt will be made to correct this error before you leave our shop. In the case that we are unable to correct our mistake before your event, you can choose not to accept the cake and will not be held responsible for the balance due. do note that no refunds will be given for color selections or minor design discrepancies.

  • Subsequent disputes regarding damage to the cake or incorrect cake design will not be entertained if not raised to our staff at the time of collection/delivery.

  • All our products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our shop.
  • We will not be liable for any damages once the cake has been collected by the customer or received by our driver. Clear instructions will be given on how to transport and store the cake upon pick-ups – please bear in mind that cakes are very fragile and damages can easily happen if not handled with care – such as smudges, melted frosting/chocolates, etc.

  • We require three (3) working days’ lead time in any case of changes in the delivery address. Additional charges will be imposed in the event the delivery address has to be changed before our required lead time.

  • In the event the recipient/sender is uncontactable or not around, items will be left at the doorstep with attachment of Proof of Delivery. We will not be responsible for any damages to the cake thereafter. If the unit cannot be accessed without owner’s permission, the items will be stored back at our shop and a redelivery fee of $15 will be applied.

    • Order cancellations are not allowed once payment has been made.  

    • We do not provide refunds for any orders made wrongly – please check your order carefully before carting out. We do however, offer credits of the amount paid for up to three (3) months from payment date.
